Adexon Biotechnology introduces pSUPER cloning vectors for cloning PCR products generated by high fidelity PCR DNA polymerase or Taq DNA polymerase.

Unlike conventional cloning vectors, pSUPER vectors consist of two segments, Left arm and Right arm. Each arm has a topoisomerase-charged end and a sticky end. Upon mixed with a PCR product, the topoisomerase-charged ends ligaste to the pCR product and the sticky ends anneal to each other, forming concatemers.

Following transformation, the concatemers resolve into monomers and are then self-circularized. This unique feature renders pSUPER cloning vectors capable of non-discriminatingly cloning large and small PCR product.
